At your FREE consultation we conduct a full financial assessment to determine which of our services may suit your individual needs.



We appoint a case manager who will gather information to prepare your case. You will need to provide us with supportive documentation (this is very important as delays in providing this can prevent your file from progressing).



In this stage your case manager works closely with the relevant parties to ensure the best chance of success.



We receive positive response from the relevant parties*. You are now back in control of your finances! * If the response is not positive, don’t worry, we don’t give up easily! Your file will enter either our credit restoration or debt solutions escalation process.
